Blueberry pie
Traditional blueberry pie came into being during American colonial times. Enjoy this recipe with ice cream or
whipped cream.

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place the bottom crust in a pie dish or tin. Save another rolled-out crust dough for the upper crust.
3. Toss the blueberries with corn starch, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Place in the pie tin.
4. Put the upper crust over the top of the pie. Pinch the edges together to join the upper and lower crusts. Poke 3 holes in the crust with a knife.
5. Brush the top of the pie with the egg if you want the crust to be shiny.
6. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
7. Enjoy!
