Budín de Arroz


This Puerto Rican recipe for rice pudding is thick and served in slices.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • Whipped cream as desired

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. In an oven-safe bowl or pan, stir together rice, sugar, eggs, milk and salt. Make sure ingredients are mixed well.

3. Add golden raisins.

4. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, or until pudding is set.
