Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion, minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions:
1. Mix flour, milk, and egg in a bowl.

2. Cover and refrigerate for half an hour to an hour.

3. Heat sesame oil to medium heat on a griddle or frying pan. If using green onion, stir it into the batter.

4. Spoon some of the batter onto the pan.

5. Cook for a few minutes, or until the underside of the pancake is barely golden.

6. Flip it and cook another minute or two.

7. These thin Chinese pancakes are great with Mu Shu or even by themselves. Serve plum sauce or peanut sauce.
