Corn Tortilla Chips

1. Cut corn tortillas into quarters.
2. Mix salt and chili powder together in small bowl and set aside.
3. Heat up 3 inches of oil in large pan.
4. Fry corn tortillas until crunchy (start with few chips and test them as you cook to get a feel for how long they should cook until desired crispness) then set on paper towel.
5. While still hot sprinkle with salt mix then set in bowl.
6. Season each batch separately. Don’t pile batches and then season or bottom batch will be too salty.
