Dulce de Leche
Here at Global Foods Online, we affectionately refer to Dulce de Leche as DDL. Meaning milk candy in Spanish, Dulce de Leche is a treat that was invented in Argentina after which it spread throughout Latin America. It is essentially a thick, creamy caramel. Making DDL from scratch can be labor-intensive, but this recipe uses a simplified method that requires almost no effort! If you have never tried DDL, you are in for a treat!
