Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 cups chicken, cut up
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shelled peanuts
  • 1 8-ounce can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup whole dried red chilis
  • 1/2 cup kung pao sauce

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in large frying pan or wok.

Fry chicken until browned. Add garlic and continue to cook.

3. Add peanuts, water chestnuts, and red chilis. Cook for several minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Add kung pao sauce and continue to cook over low heat until ready to serve.

5. Enjoy with steamed rice. Don’t eat the chilis! They add flavor and decoration but if you eat an entire one you will regret it.
