Ingredients 4 fresh red bell peppers or 1 jar roasted red peppers3 cloves garlic3/4 cup crumbs from a loaf of bread1 tablespoon red chili paste3 tablespoons Pomegranate molassesJuice of 1 lemon1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 cup walnutsMint leaves for garnish Instructions: 1. If using fresh red peppers, roast them on a grill or below a broiler until the skin is blackened. Remove the skin, stem, and seeds.2. Combine red peppers and garlic in a food processor and process until smooth. Add bread crumbs, red chili paste, pomegranate molasses, and lemon juice.
