Rice Pudding
No other comfort food can beat a bowl of warm rice pudding, just like Grandma makes. Eat it for breakfast, dessert, or a snack.
 
2 cups cooked white rice
3 cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cinnemon
1. In a pot, stir together rice, milk, eggs, and sugar over medium-low heat.
2. Add raisins, vanilla, and cinnamon.
3. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until pudding has thickened.
4. Enjoy it plain or with fruit.
