Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 fresh red chili peppers, sliced
  • 14 ounces firm tofu, cut into large triangles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions:
1. Optional: Place sizzler plate in oven at 400 degrees at least a half hour before ready to serve.

2. Heat sesame oil in wok or frying pan.

3. Sautee the garlic and ginger. Add the red chilis and cook a little longer.

4. Place tofu in pan and toss to mix ingredients together.

5. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sweet and sour sauce. Cook 5 to 10 minutes.

6. Add the broccoli and cook 3-4 more minutes, so that broccoli is cooked but not overcooked. Remove from heat.

7. Immediately before ready to serve, pull the sizzler plate out of the oven. Pour the tofu mixture onto the plate.

8. Enjoy!
