Ingredients
  • 2 cups short grain white or brown rice
  • 3 cups water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Soak rice for half an hour.

2. Place rice and 3 cups water in a pot and bring to boil, stirring occasionally.

3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and let the rice cook for 20 minutes or until it has absorbed all the water.

4. Fluff with a fork.
