Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen snow peas
  • 1 can baby corns
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 cup fresh bok choy
  • 2 teaspoons 5 spice powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet & sour sauce
  • 1 package maifun rice noodles

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a wok. Sautee red onion.

2. Add celery and carrot. Cook until tender.

3. Add snow peas, baby corns, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and bok choy. Cook until bok choy has reduced in size.

4. Add 5 spice powder, vinegar, hoisin sauce, hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Continue to stir fry for several more minutes.

5. Boil rice noodles for 4 minutes. Drain.

6. Serve stir fry over the maifun noodles.
